冷军：培养智力和兴趣是最重要的，要用巧力，磨刀不误砍柴功，我不主张小学阶段学得太猛，这样他有可能厌学。一旦对学习有兴趣，成绩会突飞猛进。至于如何考进附中和美院我认为文化课这方面弄不了假，一定要学好。我个人还是认为文化课特别重要，如果一个人有很深的学养，对他的绘画艺术来说，是有很大的促进作用的。至于到研究生阶段就不是单纯地学画画的问题了，因为，绘画这东西没有客观评定标准，评分水平很大。所以外语一定要学好，学好了外语就差不多可以读研究生了。当然我这是出坏主意。研究生毕业就可以留校当老师了。现在有些老师多好当啊，把学生安排好画画，自己就出去做生意了。
